Arrival

The Ceremony

Guests will be arriving at Pestana Caracas Hotel & Suites from 3:30 pm. The ushers will locate them at the "Foyer Room" (where the ceremony will be officiated) and provide them the wedding program and seats.

Post-Ceremony Cocktails

Once the ceremony has concluded, guests will be head to "Lounge VIP 19" for the post-ceremony cocktails. There, guests are welcome to take a picture with the beautiful view of "The Avila Mountain" and place it in the Guests Book with a message for the newlyweds.

The Reception

After the cocktail hour, guests will head to "The Mochima Ballroom". Once there, they will be greeted by a staff lady with the seating chart who will help them to locate their seats.
